| To: electromuff.co.uk Date: August 4th 2010 Subject: RE: Mongo Toothpaste Dear electromuff.co.uk Thank you for your email. Retardex toothpaste should be suitable for children with learning difficulties as it doesn’t have sodium lauryl sulphate in it. That is the substance that produces the foaming that can encourage people to stop cleaning their teeth too soon. However, you should also be aware that it does not currently contain fluoride and children do need fluoride. That can be covered by giving them a mouthwash with fluoride or alternating with a fluoride toothpaste. Towards the end of the year this situation should change for Retardex. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Periproducts Ltd |

| To: electromuff.co.uk Date: August 3rd 2010 Subject: RE: Jaffa Cakes Dear electromuff.co.uk, Thank you for your enquiry received today, we are able to confirm they are cakes; but stores usually display them in the biscuit aisle. We know that in 1991 McVitie's won a battle with the VAT to prove that they are cakes - due to the sponge not biscuit base. Many thanks for your enquiry xxxxxx xxxxx Consumer Services Department |
